These unapproved sample terms do not create an enrolment contract. Before payment, Manya’s Education Plus provides a written offer confirming the programme, start date, timetable and timezone, lesson length, class-size limit, fee, payment dates, materials and support. A place is reserved only when the final offer is accepted and any required payment is received.
Learners need a suitable device, internet connection and respectful class environment. Teacher-prepared materials are for the enrolled learner’s personal study and may not be redistributed. Lessons are not recorded by default; any recording requires advance notice, participant consent and a stated deletion date. Under the sample missed-lesson rule, learner absences do not include individual make-up lessons, while teacher-cancelled lessons are rescheduled.
Progress depends on starting level, attendance and practice. No CEFR level, TCF score, immigration result or processing outcome is guaranteed. Manya’s Education Plus is not affiliated with IRCC or France Éducation international and does not provide immigration advice. The separate unapproved sample refund policy applies to cancellations. Final governing-law, complaints and consumer-rights terms require legal approval before launch.
